The Eccentrica angled solar path light is available in both a matt white finish and a black finish in warm and daylight white colour temperatures. This unique design has many benefits. Firstly, the light source angles downwards illuminating the path below resulting in no glare. Secondly, the solar panelled top is also angled, preventing rainwater sitting on the solar bollard. This also makes this particular design ideal for use in public areas and holiday parks, preventing people from sitting and placing objects on top of the bollard. The Eccentrica Solar Bollard is both safe and simple to install. Being solar means positioning is flexible, it can be placed in areas where mains voltage is simply not an option. Lumena recommends experimenting with positioning before fixing into place. Solar Path Lights are also environmentally friendly, converting natural energy into an electrical current. At dusk, the Eccentrica angled solar path light illuminates at full brightness, then follows a gradual 5-hour dimming sequence until it reaches 30% brightness. It will then remain at 30% until dawn, or until the battery is depleted (possible during long periods of cloudy weather). This dimming sequence means battery charge is retained for much longer. Even in cloudy weather, our solar lights will still illuminate, although they may not last the entire night cycle, which often is not necessary. The on/off switch is concealed by a small and subtle rubber bung, a modest finishing touch to the bollard.

Epistar LED chips (1.2W) generate a highly effective lumen output with up to 50,000 hours of battery life. The monocrystalline solar panel is both powerful and efficient, together with the  replaceable LifePO4 lithium battery, it ensures optimum charge levels are maintained.
